Despite the importance of management in human life, and despite its antiquity and deep roots in every society—its close connection to every home and family, places of worship, government institutions, and all economic and educational activities across all peoples—we cannot trace its history and gain a comprehensive and clear understanding of it. This is because the few administrative achievements left by humankind throughout the ages are characterized by obscurity and a lack of clarity. Ancient civilizations did not demonstrate that management was a function of significant importance, which explains why references to it were rare. In general, management is considered one of the most important elements of modern civilization because it has taken center stage in this era and is the driving force behind national economies. It has become the dynamic and renewable force upon which our era depends for material support, prosperity, and technological advancement. Management is a distinct type of activity that deals with all its components and achieves its goals through its two fundamental elements: planning and monitoring. It is generally found in all aspects of human activity, whether in a factory, educational institution, sports administration, family, or organization. Management sets objectives, as clearly defined in its action plan, to solve problems and obstacles and avoid them in the future. Management is greatly concerned with guiding the behavior of individuals (human behavior) in an effort to achieve a specific goal or objective for the group. The focus is not on the type of organization or facility operating in the field of sports, but rather the crucial aspect of management lies in guiding the way individuals work to achieve a general objective. Human resource planning for sports facility management is paramount. The fundamental tasks of planning and follow-up in leading the facility's management, guiding, directing, and monitoring the individuals who are part of the group, must be achieved. Furthermore, it must fulfill the goals and objectives for which the sports facility was established.
