The crisis in the sports field means the existence of a malfunction in the sports system that affects it materially and morally at all levels of sports practice and the organizational structures of sports institutions. It is a critical period and an unstable situation that threatens its existence and performance, requiring immediate intervention to mitigate it and control sudden events that may hinder sports activities in all their forms and levels. Sports crises are related to sports events and affect the social structure, the management of organizational behavior in sports bodies, and essentially indicate the presence of problems and disturbances in the sports system that negatively impact it, often resulting from making incorrect and imprudent decisions that obstruct all activities. It is one of the most important stages in the development of modern management thought, which has received significant attention from researchers in the field of sports management. It is also a 'major challenge at the level of individuals and organizations, requiring those experiencing it to have the ability to adapt to this emergency so it can be controlled and dealt with. These challenges may intertwine and become complex in various aspects and at multiple levels, requiring skillful handling, high-level planning, and an administrative strategy with an interactive and preventive nature.' And management Sports management requires strategic training that allows the application of scientific methods to address all types of problems facing sports organizations and find solutions to ensure their stability. This paper is a theoretical analytical study of sports crisis management from the perspective of modern concepts in sports management, strategic management, and strategic planning for problem-solving using scientific methods, as well as employing communication tools to deal with these sports crises and designing specific training programs to confront and manage them.
