The role of the principles of governance in increasing the effectiveness of strategic planning in the sports institution from the point of view of the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in M'sila.

Abstract

This study aims to know the role of some principles of governance in increasing the effectiveness of strategic planning in sports institutions.. Where the study population represents the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports for the state of M'sila, The study sample included 20 employees, and they were chosen randomly, We also relied on the analytical descriptive approach, as well as the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and we concluded that some governance principles of disclosure, transparency and equality have a positive role in raising the effectiveness of strategic planning in the sports institution.
