Abstract

This article attempts to analyse and clarify the relationship;between the cultural level of the family and the
effect of reducing the phenomenon abstinence secondary school pupils,form the practice of physical and
athletic education.
As the family as a social instition and ideological unit,having an effective Impact in the conduct of social and
cultural and educational processes,and functions within the community to maintain its balance and stability
for the family night or low,it contributes to reduce the phenomenon of sport reuctance to a student with in
the educational institution,and the other hand contributes to the rule of sports abstinence in the educational
institutions and in the circles,this is al so related to the factors of social and cultural upbing prevailing in the
family center
