With its systems, methods, sound rules, and diverse forms, sports have become a scientific field and a powerful element in preparing the individual in all aspects: psychological, social, cultural, and physical. They equip individuals with rapid skills and advantages that enable them to adapt to and keep pace with the times. Therefore, sports are no longer merely movements or activities performed without a specific goal; rather, they have been given specific objectives to achieve, and their rules and theories are now derived from various other sciences to develop the individual's physical, motor, mental, and interpersonal skills. Like other sports, football has witnessed remarkable developments since its inception, capturing the hearts of people and becoming a daily activity. All resources have been dedicated to its further development, transforming it from a hobby into a more organized profession, a means of livelihood. Facilities and infrastructure have been constructed, scientific methods have been introduced to keep pace with its evolution, and global, regional, and continental tournaments and championships have been organized. Football has expanded from local to international practice, encompassing the entire world. Its global success is attributed to the contributions of researchers and trainers who have developed the sport scientifically, as well as the widespread use of scientific principles in training, which has contributed to achieving prestigious results and reaching new heights. One of the most important factors contributing to the success of training and the improvement of athletes' performance is the sports coach. The coach is a figure with a unique philosophy, dictating specific duties, qualities, and characteristics that he must possess and practice. Today, the coach can be described as both a "protective father figure" and a "winning coach." The coach's relationship with the players forms an integrated unit from which individual strengths and characteristics of the team members emerge and branch out, all contributing to the achievement of set goals. The importance of the coach's role is evident in the team's success and victories. A coach's success in the training process depends primarily on several factors that lead to improved performance.
