Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of knowledge management on the quality of education in the Algerian primary schools; the study used a sample consisting of 6 schools belonging to the municipality of al –Rouina .as a tool of this study, we used a questionnaire distributed on 72 professors and based on statistical methods we analyzed the data . the study indicated that knowledge management had a critical role in improving the quality of education in primary schools
