Abstract

The lease contract of endowments lands allocated for agriculture directed for investment is subject to the provisions of Executive Decree 14-70 dated February 10, 2014. It shows how to implement the contract and all the effects it entails in the face of the contracting parties with the aim of developing and ensuring its proper exploitation. The method of activating and implementing it in the field remains acceptable and limited and requires re-review.
