Dual Executive Authority According to the Thirteenth Constitutional Amendment of 2023

Abstract

This study looks at the executive body as it is one of the pillars in the authority of the state according to the Libyan legislator’s body as stipulated in the 13th constitutional amendment in in the year of 2023. The 13th constitutional amendment aims to form an executive body capable of leading the transitional period in the country as well as making the essential reforms in the state institutions which may result in building a solid foundation for the state which may lead to stability and prosperity the country.
