Labeling in the World of Products: a guarantee of Consumer Safety and a Mechanism to Confront Risks

This study aims to identify the importance of labeling in protecting the consumer, by enlightening him with all the information related to the product he is offered to purchase in order to ward off any threat to his safety. In doing so, we relied on the analytical approach by analyzing the texts regulating the subject. Perhaps the most important thing that was extracted is that the Algerian legislator did not address to organize this procedure is in sufficient and clear texts.
