The right to access information is one of the most important pillars of democratic construction, so comparative democratic systems realized the importance of this right, so they rushed to enshrine it in their constitutions and legal texts and thus became legal systems that seek to promote democracy and freedoms, so the research paper tries to describe the reality of the right to information in both Tunisia and Egypt.
