Abstract

This study aimed to clarify the legal framework for it as an alternative contractual mechanism for resolving investment and international trade disputes. We adopted the descriptive-analytical method to analyze various legal texts, and the study concluded that the Algerian legislator has established legal conditions for the execution of arbitral awards.
