The pre-print, post-print, accepted version, and journal's version/PDF can be archived under the following conditions:

As soon as Journal of Legal Studies and Researches has published an article, the version of the article that has been submitted, accepted for publication, and the printed version can be used for a variety of scholarly or academic purposes under Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). 

Author(s) may deposit and use the document as follows:

- on the personal website
- on the institutional repository
- on subject repositories

Authors may post the version of the article that was submitted to the journal (pre-print) to the above resources, at any time.
