Abstract

This study deals with the protection of the rights of migrants through the adoption of a human rights approach and the alleviation of the security grip in solving the phenomenon of illegal immigration. Migrants were often treated on a discriminatory basis, noting the absence of an international convention on the rights of migrants in general, The provisions of human rights conventions, as the case may be, to activate the articles of the conventions of the most vulnerable persons, such as the conventions on the rights of women and children and the rights of people with special needs, to harmonize immigration laws with international human rights standards. These mechanisms are based on: universal and indivisible human rights, including the rights of migrants, the enjoyment of human rights must be integrated, participatory and integrated, migrant's right to participate in the formulation of policies affecting their destiny, Equality and non-discrimination.
