Abstract

hrough this research paper, we aim to monitor the reality and direction that the financial technology sector has reached in both India and Kenya, by reviewing the development of the global investment landscape in the field of financial technology, then reviewing the reality of India and Kenya in the field of financial technology as two pioneering experiences in Asia and Africa. And our study found that what distinguishes the Indian digital transformation process is that it relied on developing digital infrastructure and relied on the efforts and innovations of emerging companies, and the episode was completed with government cooperation. Kenya has emerged as a fintech hub in Africa due to the pioneering success of the mobile payment service M-Pesa, and the platform has achieved impressive and rapid success since its inception due to the insufficient financial institutions in the country and the favorable business and regulatory environment in Kenya.
