The phenomenon of corruption in Algeria: causes and proposed solutions

Abstract

The study  aims to try to identify the reality of corruption in Algeria, and the efforts of the state in addressing it.

    We divided the study into two parts.

In the first part, we tried to diagnose the causes of this phenomenon as the most important step to propose appropriate solutions,We have also shown  the various type of corruptiont,  This is because each type requires a different approach to dealing with it.

 In the second part, we presented the various measures adopted by the Algerian state to combat this phenomenon.

   The study showed that despite the many different laws issued by Algeria to combat this phenomenon, they were not sufficient.The evidence is the late ranking of Algeria in the various international indicators that measure this phenomenon, which calls for adopting more effective solutions to confront it.
