Abstract

Banks play an important role in economics, as they are considered the main building blocks of the macro-economy in general and the financial system in particular, and their stability from the stability of the economy as a whole, and as a result of the rapid development of technology it is necessary to keep pace with these developments and access to financial globalization as a result of constant competition among financial institutions. It should activate the governance system through the operational control mechanisms.

The establishment of the Islamic Development Bank is a turning point in the history of Islamic thought through the practical application of the Islamic banking system and the Islamic economy, as it plays a major and important role in the collection of resources from member countries and financial markets and allocating them to various projects and programs in the sectors of the economy Different.
