Claims Service and its management at the CNMA level -Case study: the CRMA of Msila during the period 2018/2021-

Abstract

We tried, according to this research sheet, to provide some clarification on the disaster service at the CRMA level of M'sila, we divided it into two parts, we treated in the first part the concept of insurance, and the Presentation of the CNMA and the CRMA of M'SILA, while in the second part we dealt with the evaluation of insurance products during the period (2018-2021), and also the evaluation of rates of claims declared during the same period. Finally, we analyzed the values ​​and rates by type.
