The aesthetic expression of Diacritical marks

Abstract

Summary:
The Diacritical marks in Arabic are short vowels (sounds) that perform a number of functions, including sound, aesthetic and moral functions, which are the main controller and basic standard of meanings. Even the most eloquent people use them in order to show the precise meanings. These marks gives indications wherever they come whether at the beginning of word, in the middle, or at the end.
Therefore, attention has to be paid when using these marks because they may be the reason of killing someone or saving him/her and they could dismantle families, or they could make the forbidden / illegal things legal, or they could make a prayer unaccepted. Therefore, this research tries to show their importance even though it is impossible to touch on them adequately in this research.
