The problem of political alienation in Algeria Atyeoretical approach to causes and solutions

Abstract

This research paper aims to identify the causes of the phenomenon of political alienation in the political scene in Algeria, Especially during the election period, as it witnessed a terrible decline in the participation of citizens, which is evident in many aspects such as not engaging in party institution or political organization, and not attending political activities from seminars or lectures, and the practice of electoral abstinence, which requires a search for the reasons and factors that push the Algerian citizen to adopt such behavior, and it is possible to stand on the most important solutions to address such negative phenomena. The Study concluded that political alienation in Algeria is a product of the political causes and factors that led to the prevalence of the phenomenon of political alienation in the first place, to increase the causes and social and economic factors to deepen the phenomenon
