Abstract

The history of international relations is witnessing a continuous
development in the mechanisms of judicial cooperation, and the most prominent
of these mechanisms is the letters rogatory, which has evolved over time to keep
pace with the rapid legal and technological developments, as it has become today
an urgent necessity in a world where crime and legal disputes transcend national
borders, as letters rogatory contribute effectively to achieving justice and
protecting rights, making it a fundamental pillar of the international legal system.
