The security dilemma between the two perspectives: the realist and the constructivis

Abstract

in this article, we address the phenomenon of the honest dilemma that often causes the occurrence of many international conflicts, as this article focused on the problematic of controlling its concept, levels and how it occurs. In addition to accessing the realistic interpretation of the occurrence of the security dilemma between states under the chaotic regime, and drawing the boundaries of convergence and the difference between the realistic interpretation of the security dilemma, and the constructivist interpretation, the latter tried to address the theoretical shortcomings of the realistic trend, especially after the end of the cold war.
