Abstract

this research reviews strategies for building the Palestinian state by analyzing the challenges and available opportunities. The study relied on a descriptive analytical approach by gathering information from various sources and subjecting it to scrutiny and examination. The research was divided into three sections that focused on the political and legal framework, international recognition, political obstacles to building the Palestinian state, the role of financial institutions and international aid, the development of governance structures and local administration, the establishment of state institutions, building international alliances, enhancing transparency, and combating corruption, mismanagement, and waste. The research provides insights on how to promote inclusive development and build a strong and stable Palestinian state in the face of multiple challenges, in order to create a nurturing rather than a repelling environment. The study concluded that building the Palestinian state requires a comprehensive and integrated response to all available challenges and opportunities, as well as the development of effective strategies to address political, security, and economic crises through serious cooperation among all Palestinian community institutions
