Abstract

The research paper entitled the letter of bank guarantee aims to shed light on one of the banking operations of banks, represented by the letter of bank guarantee, as it is an alternative to cash credit and aims to enhance the credit strength of the customer once the bank signs, and its great importance to the ordering customer, the bank, and the beneficiary, as well as to the national economy in general, as well as addressing the independence of the commitment.
