Abstract

Through this article, we seek to show the negotiation process that has become extremely
important in the field of forming international trade contracts through multiple
agreements. Thus, examining the necessity of updating and developing the principles
and texts related to organizing this stage, so that they become compatible with the
aspirations and needs of the parties negotiating on behalf of the economic sector, and
the public and private economic operators. Including transactions with commercial
companies Related to buying, selling, profit, and parties wishing to invest in Arab
countries.
We will try to emphasize the updates created by the unified instruments of international
trade law and national legislation regarding the negotiation of the formation of
international contracts, or to form a better theory of the contract in circumstances where
the principles of the negotiation process are the only way to legitimize the obligations of
parties or even between economic operators during their formation of international
commercial contracts in situations of peace and armed conflict
