Abstract

       Artificial Intelligence (AI) constitutes a powerful driver for improving performance, enhancing efficiency, and providing innovative solutions to challenges. However, the Algerian public administration has not yet begun employing AI, remaining instead within a traditional framework. Given these transformations, the banking sector is one of the most vital sectors that could greatly benefit from AI applications in various areas. Through technologies such as machine learning and smart systems, as well as big data analytics, the banking sector in Algeria could witness significant development. This would enable better management of resources, reduction of errors, and enhanced service provision in financial operations.
