Abstract

The electronic contract poses many problems because after this contract has been concluded in the digita l environment, its implementation may take place in the same way as it was concluded, that is, in the same environment sometimes, or the matter may require going out to the tangible reality, and this stage is related to the implementation of the electronic contract and in line with the technical privacy of the electronic transaction. Obligations are imposed on both the electronic supplier and the consumer in accordance with what is stipulated in the Electronic Commerce Law, and breach of these obligations, regardless of its form, is failure to implement the obligation, delay in implementing it, or implementing it in a defective manner, there is no doubt that it constitutes a mistake that imposes on the violating party a type of civil liability that Although some of its provisions remain subject to general rules, they are distinguished by a kind of privacy required by the importance of this contract.
