Abstract

It is not hidden from the wise and intelligent that the information revolution has caused a radical revolution in the features of life. After contracts were concluded in a physical environment and recorded on a paper medium signed by hand, the matter has changed and they are now done in a virtual environment and recorded on an electronic medium and signed electronically. Despite that, this is considered an official contract that enjoys the same characteristics, especially the characteristics of evidential force and executive force and what it allows in achieving accuracy and transparency in writing, speed and flexibility in completion, as well as providing contractual security for the contractors. Developing the tasks of the notary and managing his office in modern scientific ways by keeping pace with modernization and technological development.
