The Continuation of The Employment Contracts in The Event of a Change in The Legal Status of The Employee

Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the cases that lead to a change in the legal
status of ancient employee and his replacement by a new employee, if the
principe of the relativity of the effects of the contract is applied, it will have dire
consequences for the employer’s situation for the simple reason that the new
employee was not a party to the employment contract that linked the ancient
employee to the employer.
