Abstract

This study attempted to highlight the electoral administration,
electoral governance as basic and innovative concepts in the field of
elections, and to highlight the role of the electoral administration in Algeria, specifically under Ordinance No. 01-21 of 10 March 2021 containing the
Organic Law on the Electoral System.
In the context of its provisions and legal provisions, this order has
given the Electoral Administration significant roles and powers, making this
body known as the Independent Electoral Authority a mechanism for
achieving and enhancing integrity, transparency and electoral
accountability at all stages of the tribal, timely and remote electoral process.
