Abstract

The constitutional amendment of the year 2020 of the President of the
Republic approved many executive and legislative powers, perhaps the most
important of which is its interference in preparing the legislative texts in which Parliament has the original jurisdiction in which it is created under
Article 114 of the Constitution. Sovereignty in preparing the law and voting
on it 'However, this jurisdiction is not exclusive, but it is shared by the
President of the Republic through the process of issuing the legislative text,
or requesting a second deliberation, or even notifying the Constitutional
Court, and this intervention is among the aspects of the impact of this latter
on the legislative work It is suspended to spread the law for a while, or re -
vote on a text approved and with specific described proportions under
Article 149 Paragraph 2, which may affect the issuance of the legislative
