Abstract

In addition to its interest in the development of knowledge, the discovery and transfer of technology, the university must today adopt the digital aspect to modernize its activity.The use of digitalization of modern organizations in general and of universities in particular is decisive; our present communication focuses on this subject. We are aiming to situate the role of digitalization of the higher education sector and scientific research in improving human resources management practices. To achieve this, we adopted a qualitative approach in order to identify the perception of the actors of the MOHAMED BOUDIAF MSILA University, with regard to the reality of the functioning of the university, particularly in terms of digitalization and HR practices. The research results will highlight the positive role of digitalization in improving university HRM practices.
