Keywords:
qasama, murder crimes, proof, Islamic shariaAbstract
This research aims to explain a method from methods of proving murder crimes in Islamic law, which leads to punishment of qessace or blood money. Note that the Islamic sharia is based on the rule that no blood is wasted in islam, so either the perpetrator is known by confession or testimony, and the retaliation is taken from him or the blood money is paid, or he does not know the perpetrator, but there is a presumption that indicates it, then he resorts to swearing of qasama and judges the perpetrator, or he does not know the perpetrator and there is no presumption in this case the blood money is from the public treasury
