هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام تطبيقات التحكيم الالكتروني لدى حكام فيدراليين لرابطة سطيف وبرج بوعريريج لكرة الطائر، وذلك من خلال دراسة درجة اعتماد حكام فيدراليين على ورقة التحكيم الالكتروني وتقنية الفيديو في المباريات كرة الطائر، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومستخدما الاستبيان الكتروني كأداة للدراسة وعلى عينة بلغت (29) حكما الذين ينشطون في رابطة برج بوعريريج وسطيف، ولقد توصلنا إلى : - توجد درجة متوسطة لاعتماد حكام كرة الطائر على ورقة التحكيم الالكترونية وتقنية الفيديو من أجل التقليل من الأخطاء التحكيمية، كما يوصي بضرورة استعمال ورقة التحكيم الالكتروني وتقنية الفيديو في جميع المباريات، مهما كان مستواها وذلك لتحسين جودة التحكيم في الجزائر ومواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في العالم المتقدة في مجال التحكيم الرياضي.
