The reality of using electronic arbitration applications among volleyball referees.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the use of electronic arbitration
applications among federal referees of the League of Setif and Bordj Bou Arreridj
volleyball, by studying the degree of reliance of national referees on the electronic
arbitration paper and video technology in volleyball matches, and to achieve this we
relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and our use of the electronic
questionnaire as a tool for the study and on a sample of (29)referees who are active
in the Association of Bordj Bou Arreridj, Sétif, and we have reached to: - There is
an average degree of reliance of volleyball referees on the electronic refereeing paper
and video technology in order to reduce refereeing errors, and recommends the need to
use the electronic refereeing card and video technology in all matches, whatever their
level, in order to improve the quality of arbitration in Algeria and keep pace with
developments in the world in the field of sports arbitration
