معايير استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية ودورها في تحقيق الأداء المؤسساتي في المؤسسات الرياضية

تتناول الدراسة الجوانب النظرية لكل من الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء المؤسساتي من خلال تقديم شامل لكل متغيرات الدراسة ،من خلال الدراسة التطبيقية تم ابراز الدور الذي تلعبه الادارة الالكترونية في التأثير على التخطيط الاستراتيجي ورضا العاملين حيث تم اسقاط الجوانب النظرية للإدارة الإلكترونية في مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية تيسمسيلت لمعرفة معايير استخدام الادارة الالكترونية ودورها في تحقيق التميز المؤسساتي. حيث اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته موضوع الدراسة ،وقد تم توجيه استبيان لرؤساء المصالح والمكاتب واعوان المكاتب في مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية تيسمسيلت حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 41 موظفا ،ولقد توصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة بين متغيري الدراسة الادارة الالكترونية والأداء المؤسساتي والذي كان محققا مما يعني أن تطوير هذه العلاقة يؤدي الى رفع رضا العاملين في المؤسسات الرياضية
