The study highlighted the role of electronic administration in influencing strategic planning and employee satisfaction. Theoretical aspects of e-administration were dropped in the Department of Youth and Sports of Tissemsilt State to determine the criteria for using e-administration and its role in achieving institutional excellence. The researcher used the descriptive approach to fit the subject of the study and directed a questionnaire to heads of departments and offices in the Department of Youth and Sports of Tissemsilt State, where the study sample included 41 employees. The study found a relationship between the electronic administration study variables and institutional performance, which was realized, which means that the development of this relationship leads to the clarity of the strategic plan, raising the satisfaction of employees in institutions
