Abstract

The aims of this study, we aim at identifying whether a correlation exists between Human resource re-engineering and the ambition level of ambition among employees in sports administrations in Algeria. Following the descriptive approach, the researcher distributed a questionnaire to a random sample of 40 male and female employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports and the Office of the Multi-Sports Complex in the Wilaya of Souk Ahras. The obtained results were as follows: A statistically significant correlation exists between Human resource re-engineering and the ambition level of among employees in sports administrations in Algeria
