Abstract

This research paper aims to shed light on the role that digital transformation plays in improving human resource management practices in institutions in general and sports in particular. Using the descriptive analytical method, selecting a sample of 18 employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports - Bordj Bou Arreridj - in a random manner, while using the questionnaire tool to collect data and information, and the most important results we reached: The digital transformation contributed greatly to improving the effectiveness of electronic recruitment in the sports organization, and this is indicated by the results, which proved that there is a change in human resource management practices due to digital transformation through the impact of modern information and communication technologies
