Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the effect of high-intensity interval training on developing the explosive power of the muscles of the legs for half-distance runners, represented in the Sidi Hamla Club for Athletics, numbering 12 runners, under the age of 17, where we used the experimental approach by designing the two equal groups, and The vertical jump test from stability as a tool for data collection, And we found that high-intensity interval training affected the development of the explosive power of the muscles of the legs of this runner
