Study Title: The Role of Physical Education Lessons in Reducing Impulsivity Among Students. Study Objectives: - To determine the role of physical education and sports lessons in reducing emotional impulsivity among students. - To determine the role of physical education and sports lessons in reducing physical impulsivity among students. - To determine the role of physical education and sports lessons in reducing mental impulsivity among students. - Study Problem: Our research question is posed as follows: Does physical education play a role in reducing impulsivity among students? General Hypothesis: Physical education plays a role in reducing impulsivity among students. Sub-Hypotheses: - Physical education plays a role in reducing emotional impulsivity among students. - Physical education plays a role in reducing physical impulsivity among students. - Physical education plays a role in reducing mental impulsivity among students. - Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method. Study Sample: The sample consisted of middle school teachers in M'Sila, selected randomly. Instrument Used: A questionnaire. Suggestions: - It is essential to pay special attention to adolescents, particularly during this critical stage, by supporting and guiding them in resolving their psychological problems. - The time allotted for physical education classes should be increased to ensure all objectives are fully achieved. - Students should be taught how to respond to and follow instructions accurately and clearly. - A specific time limit should be set for completing training activities, and students should be taught the importance of time and adherence to schedules.Téléchargements
