The problematic of this paper has been determined by asking the fundamental question: What are the most important legal difficulties faced by professional football clubs in contracting professional players?The importance of the study lies in identifying the legal difficulties facing professional football clubs in Algeria to contract the professional players. This study is based on theoretical aspects of the various studies and concepts that dealt with professional contracts and sports professionalism in general, through several important aspects.
