درجة توفر عناصر الابداع الإداري لدى مسيري مديرية الشباب والرياضة بالجزائر

Résumé

This study aims to find out degree of availability elements of administrative
creativity of the managers of directorate of Youth and Sports in Algeria. It was applied to the
Directorate of Youth and Sports in Adrar. The researchers relied on descriptive method, and
they used questionnaire measure of elements of administrative creativity. The sample was 21
people from the total number of the managers of Directorate of Youth and Sports in Adrar ,the
study concluded that:
* The element (originality, fluency, sensitivity of problems and out of ordinary) is available to a
moderate degree in the directors in directorates of Youth and Sports Adrar.
* Availability of element (flexibility, risk, ability to analyze) to high degree in the directors in
directorates of Youth and Sports Adrar.
