The success of most football coaches in leading countries in the field of training is due to their familiarity with the modern requirements of this sport and its various aspects, whether physical or psychological, through the development of various components of physical attributes such as strength, speed, endurance, and others. Endurance, as one of these attributes, plays an important role in raising the physical level, which in turn positively affects the psychological level, since endurance is “the ability to cope with fatigue of any kind.” Endurance is a fundamental requirement for any sport. The effort exerted by athletes during training and competitions places a physical and mental burden on the body's various systems and organs, leading to fatigue. Weineck observes that the stronger the basic endurance capacity, the later an athlete reaches the anaerobic phase, which determines their aerobic capacity. The reality experienced by most of our sports teams in general, and those in our regional first division (junior category) in particular, as evidenced by negative results and inconsistent performance in competitions and even training sessions, as well as the players' efficiency during competitions, clearly indicates that the players' overall physical condition, and their endurance in particular, negatively impacts their physical preparation.
