Abstract

The study aims to determine the degree of ownership of employees in sports departments for some components of administrative creativity, and the most important creative components that we focused on are: creative thinking skills, and the internal motives of creativity. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted in addressing the study problem as the most appropriate method for such studies. We used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information and data, and distributed to the study sample of 30 individuals working in the Directorate. Youth and Sports in Tebessa Province.

We've come up with a set of results, including:

- Workers in sports circles have creative thinking skills to a medium degree.

- Employees of sports departments have an internal motivation for innovation to a fairly high degree
