Abstract

The study aims to explore the primary and positive role played by modern technology in the sportive domain, particularly in the field of coaching, and its use for teaching basic football skills from the coaches’ perspective. The study was conducted on a random sample of 24 football coaches, using a deductive descriptive approach with a pre-designed questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results revealed the significant and positive impact of modern technology in teaching basic football skills. The study suggests encouraging coaches to employ modern technological mechanisms and methods in the training and educational processes while making them readily available in the sportive domain.
