Sport is a physical and cultural activity, an important field of modern education, and a fundamental element in preparing good citizens by providing them with various skills that enable them to adapt to their society and build their lives, helping them keep pace with the times. The diversity and variety of sports has increased the number of practitioners, whether men or women. Among these is football, which is among the most popular sports in the world, attracting millions of practitioners and even followers. It has become a daily concern for everyone, so all efforts have been made to develop it, and scientific methods and techniques have been introduced to keep pace with its development. It has also become practiced by women, who constitute half of the world's population, and their participation is now comparable to men's, given the significant increase in the percentage of women participating in sports in recent years. Therefore, they have begun to practice many individual and team sports, such as football, which was previously the preserve of men. The rapid development in achieving high athletic levels in various fields of sports, whether in individual or team games, is in line with the technology of sports training science. Raising this level did not come from nothing, but rather science was and still is the foundation. Hence, efforts have been continuous towards a deeper understanding of the foundations, rules, and concept of sports training science, and shedding light on everything new and emerging in the field of training in order to raise the level of the reality of the training situation. Reaching high levels is not an easy matter, so it always attracts the attention of physiologists, doctors, and psychologists in their cooperation with the man who always remains at the center of the picture, who is the coach, as we can call him, the sports specialist. The coach must always be aware of everything new and take science as a guide to enlighten him during his work in the field of sports training. No matter how deep the knowledge a coach acquires during their studies and training, they cannot rely solely on it in their subsequent work. This is because knowledge is constantly growing and evolving; therefore, a coach must be a well-rounded individual. A coach who keeps abreast of modern developments, understands advanced technologies in sports training, possesses practical experience, and has a wealth of knowledge and information about the training process is the one who can be relied upon to develop and improve the level of women's football. Based on the above, a pertinent question arises, which expresses the research problem: What is the current state of coaching performance among women's football coaches?
