Abstract

The interest of the trainer by the professional sports clubs proves that it is the first tool in developing the practice of football, and one of the most important field of human investment training as well. And because the coach is the cornerstone in the training process, he is the one who builds the generation at all different stages of training, as they are the future nucleus. The study has tried to discover the competition pressure levels of the sports, the public and the media for the football trainers at high level as well as the effect of the individuals and personalities of the members(age, professional experience, social status), sources which are the most causes in doing pressure for the football trainers, and it includes sources and causes of the sports competition, the public and the media as well from the realizing satisfaction in practicing training, improving the trainers performance, the pressure of the professional competition, the public and the media for the football trainers at high level and also to knowing how pressure levels are affected by the different individual characteristics of football coaches(age, experience, social situation)
