Abstract

The administration occupies an influential position in all organizations with its various specializations, whether industrial, commercial or service, as it is based on achieving its goals through the optimal use of its functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling. problems in a scientific manner. Management is a human function and a technical work that requires an atmosphere dominated by human relations such as cooperation and participation that works to develop and promote the sector it runs, as the organization in this context seeks to formulate its goals and visions and works to achieve them within the expected message of it, which represents the main purpose of its establishment, and thus They are obligated to follow rational policies, strategic methods, and effective plans in order to achieve this. We have noticed that most of the employees in the state directorates of youth and sports have a big problem with job satisfaction, which affects their performance in the general public in the state directorates of youth and sports.
