Anti-doping between prevention and deterrence from the perspective of Algerian legislation A descriptive survey study

Abstract

This study aims to stand on the efforts devoted by the Algeria legislator to combat doping , at the
local and international levels , so that this phenomenon reflects all international norms and sports ethics , as
the Algerian legislator worked to devote the principle of fair competition and fair play through Fighting ,
whether preventive or repressive . The methods adopted for this study were the use of scientific references
in the same field of specialization, and practical studies related to the phenomenon of doping in the sports
community, relied on the descriptive approach and the historical approach, by addressing to combat and
