The role of electronic management in improving the oversight function in sports institutions A field study in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of M'sila

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the extent of interest and application of electronic management by sports institutions, as well as the role of the latter in improving the oversight function of these institutions, and this is of course from the point of view of employees. We relied on the descriptive approach, where this study was applied to a sample of (35) administrative employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of M'sila, who were chosen by a comprehensive survey method, and a questionnaire was built as a tool for data collection, and the results showed that sports institutions in general are still at the beginning of the road On its application of this type of management, due to its lack of electronic infrastructure, and the employees are fully aware of the importance of electronic management in improving their administrative work represented in various functions, especially the control function, which is considered one of the most important functions in the administration.
